There are a number of groups in Quesnel and the Cariboo that provide advertising and marketing services; a number of them also assist with joint projects. In Quesnel the Chamber of Commerce provides opportunities for members. 'Shop Quesnel' is a partnership between five local groups — Quesnel Economic Development, Chamber of Commerce, West Quesnel Business Association, South Quesnel Business Association and the Downtown Quesnel Association — that offers opportunities to local businesses to engage in social network and traditional advertising.

Depending on what industry your business is in, there will be additional groups that you could join for joint advertising and marketing opportunities. If your business is involved with agritourism then FARMED is an active local group, while general tourism in our region is handled by the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Tourism Association. Sponsorships of local events are also a good source of local marketing and many of our sports and arts group have opportunities for sponsorships. Other business and community related organizations such as Rotary, Elks, Legion, Lions and Knights also host annual events that reach out to the community.
